The SMB Sales Executives are a team of enthusiastic and ambitious people looking to over-achieve their targets and graduate from SMB sales to field-based Enterprise sales.
It is an exciting role that brings you in contact with professional procurement managers in different geographic territories and various industries. Our on-boarding process includes the concept of procurement as a business process and the role technology plays in helping procurement managers achieve control of and reduction in spend for their business.
The mission of the SMB Sales Executive is to:
* Prospect, develop, and close prospects for SourceDogg products
* Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
* Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
* Interact with prospects via telephone, email and online meetings
* Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
* Consistently achieve revenue objectives
Requirements:
* Experience of on-quota transactional sales in a business environment
* Selling B2B applications – preferably Cloud/SaaS
* Experience in highly competitive markets
* History of quota over-achievement
* Call structure and control
* Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
* Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
* The highest level of integrity
* Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and CRM
* Previous structured sales training would be an advantage
* Experience of procurement, sourcing or buying would be an advantage
* Fluency in a second language is desirable but not essential
Excellent basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) plus exceptional bonus/commission
