This opening is ideal for an energetic, friendly and well-presented sales person, who is keen to be part of a dynamic store team. Within this position, you will have a key role to play as part of our senior team, covering responsibility in operational duties alongside being a face of top level customer service, welcoming an array of personalities through our doors. Main Duties & Responsibilities:Contribute to store teamwork to optimise the customer experience;Assist in the training, development and motivation of staff in order to achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer service and performance;Develop and build a professional awareness of the store presentation; including visual displays and merchandising, to ensure it is reflective of the Dubarry brand;Maintain open communication with offices and stakeholders across the company; including at Head Office, in other stores and with customers;Perform all admin and store related procedures both efficiently and effectively, including till transactions, cashing up, staff discount purchases etc.;Contribute to and be responsible for store security, including when required; store key holding; opening and closing, cash handling, and being contactable for any emergencies relating to the store;Acting in a supervisory capacity in the manager’s absence to ensure an effective team service to customers and staff adhere to company policies.Enhancing the customer experience in store through 5* service and a pro-active attitude to problem solving.
