Group Finance Controller
About the Role
This role is a key position within the business, driving the financial direction to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
* Prepare consolidated group management reports for an accurate view of financial performance.
* Integrate acquired companies into Group Reporting, aligning accounting policy and reporting processes.
* Work with internal teams to prepare acquisition accounting, financial statements, and audit support documentation.
* Implement high standards in data management and automation to improve performance reporting.
* Assist in designing scalable financial reporting processes for Group Finance to grow with the business.
* Provide insight and analysis to key stakeholders, including Management and external Investors.
* Foster continuous improvement of finance workflows through technology solutions.
* Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with 7+ years PQE.
* Working knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation experience.
* Experience in post-merger integration of acquired entities.
* Experience working with Power BI.
* Able to work across various geographical locations.
* Proven experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
* Effective communication and persuasion skills for internal and external stakeholders.
