Operations/Accounts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations/Accounts Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility in Co. Offaly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks
* Oversee IT/Engineering teams in managing the IT ticketing system
* Manage team schedules and implement best practices in workflows
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS
* OVERSEE SALES & PURCHASING INVOICING, BANK RECONCILIATIONS, REVENUE, AND PAYROLL PROCESSING
* PREPARE MONTH/YEAR END FINANCIALS
Requirements:
* EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SIMILAR MANAGEMENT/OPERATIONAL ROLE IS ESSENTIAL
* PAYROLL/INVOICING/BANK RECONCILIATIONS/MONTH/YEAR END FINANCIALS - ESSENTIAL
* PROFICIENT WITH MS OFFICE, CRM SYSTEMS, AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS (I.E. SAGE)
* STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
* HIGHLY ORGANISED, SELF-MOTIVATED, AND ABLE TO MANAGE TIME EFFICIENTLY
* STRONG COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS ARE NEEDED
