The Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) is looking for an Account Executive responsible for handling a large volume of smaller size opportunities within various industry verticals across Eastern Europe. Partnering with our most seasoned sales executives, this role will suit those who are looking to take their enterprise sales skills to the next level. Responsibilities:
1. Own the full sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, etc.
2. Use your solution selling expertise to respond to customer needs and identify business potential to build a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.
3. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
4. Coordinate and join industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
5. Drive Salesforce growth by engaging with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.
6. Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts.
7. Territory/Vertical identification and research to formalize a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts.
8. Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience of quota carrying Sales and Account Management experience.
2. Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets.
3. Experience running the sales cycle from business champion to C Level.
4. Experience owning and closing complex sales cycles and ownership of all aspects of territory management.
5. Fluent in English AND Croatian OR Bulgarian OR Romanian.
