Head of OperationsHead Of OperationsWe’re looking for a Head of Retail Operations to join our Retail Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.The Head of Operations is required to continuously drive and improve operational excellence throughout the Operations function and the wider Retail business.With 233 shops currently in ROI&NI Retail, the candidate will have full P&L responsibility for up to half of the estate and provide leadership to a team of District Managers in the formulation and delivery of Regional business plans.
