We are currently expanding our Architectural capability and are looking to hire a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. This role will offer a flexible working arrangement.ResponsibilitiesWork as an integral part of the team applying technology to architecture, building design, and construction.Lead BIM/Revit projects through the detail design stages.Ensure that the design is compliant with the brief, building regulations, and planning constraints.Assist in the investigation of technical information and factors that affect developments including user needs, site and building surveys, and regulatory requirements when requested.Participate in site visits and attend site meetings when required.Coordinate layouts and equipment and prepare tender and construction documentation for large scale projects.Detail and specify projects with steel and precast concrete structures, complex cladding, modular cleanrooms, GMP environments, and highly serviced buildings.QualificationsDegree qualified (Level 8).10+ years’ experience within the industry.Strong and proven expertise as an Architectural Technologist across a variety of projects, preferably within Life Sciences.Exceptional technical and construction detailing ability.Proficiency using and designing in Autodesk Revit is required.Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a professional approach and demeanor.Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in and lead multi-discipline teams.Detailed knowledge of the Irish and UK building regulations.
