Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives.
2. Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients.
3. Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations.
4. Assist in group healthcare and company/marketing events.
5. Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives.
6. Partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team.
7. Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance.

Minimum Requirements:
1. All applicants must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland or be eligible to register with the PSI immediately.
2. Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage but full training will be given to those coming from other backgrounds.
