Senior Manager Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering
This key role is part of the Additive Engineering Management Team and involves managing a Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering team across our Anngrove site in Carrigtohill.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to developing and implementing an engineering plan for the site.
2. Develop and ensure that all Engineering, Operations Quality, People, Cost, and Service Metrics are achieved.
3. Develop, maintain, and review Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering objectives and 'Dashboard' metrics.
4. Create a high trust and engagement culture within Engineering.
5. Evaluate and implement changes to the Engineering Organization Structure using effective change management.
6. Buid and develop talent within the function and site.
7. Ensure effective performance management, communications, and recognition within the function.
8. Drive a robust world-class Lean / Continuous Improvement program across Additive.
9. Build a structure and process to drive Additive Maintenance & Facilities teams.
10. Support and/or manage major CI Programs as required.
11. Project manage improvement initiatives as required.
12. Contribute as SME on specific Projects / Programs.
13. Provide Engineering support for existing and new processes.
14. Standardize approaches and practices across Operations and Engineering.
Requirements:
1. Level 8 NFQ in Engineering or similar Discipline.
2. Lean Diploma / Green Belt qualifications.
3. Minimum of five years leadership experience with significant people management responsibility in a manufacturing environment.
4. Good understanding of manufacturing excellence and experience in successful implementation of significant change management initiatives.
5. Excellent leadership skills.
6. Change management experience.
7. Good financial acumen.
8. Strong communication skills.
