We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager for our client in Co. Sligo .

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth check-in/check-out procedures Manage and train front office staff to deliver a high standard of service Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Prepare reports and monitor KPIs to improve service efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations Requirements: Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a supervisory front desk role (hotel or hospitality preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Knowledge of front office systems and booking software is an advantage A customer-first attitude with attention to detail If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a guest-facing role and wants to grow within a professional hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you!
