We seek a dedicated Logistic Administrator for the Roscommon Area.
Role Overview:
This role supports logistics operations as a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing administrative tasks related to transport, salesforce, driver support, and compliance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and provide essential support to the Logistics Manager and Depot Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Administration Support:
* Manage queue control and provide support to Depot Leads.
* Communicate with drivers and follow up on cases.
* Transport Administration Support:
* Maintain and update the Vehicle Fleet database in Tranzaura.
* Assist with hire vehicle processes.
* Manage and track fuel card records.
* Maintain mobile phone records for logistics operations.
* Ensure vehicle records are up to date for insurance and compliance purposes.
* Advantex Administration Support:
* Input and update customer data in the system.
* Provide re-sequencing support for drivers.
* Assist in moving calls between routes to optimize efficiency.
* Conduct new business checks to support the Sales team.
* Perform housekeeping tasks related to the driver database and routes.
* Driver Administration Support:
* Maintain the Holiday Planner/Tracker for drivers.
* Prepare and manage route sheets.
* Support TMS administration for Depot Leads.
* Keep track of training records for drivers.
* Logistics Manager Administration Support:
* Assist with invoice processing and administration.
* Manage purchase orders and related tasks.
* Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in logistics, transport administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant logistics software (Tranzaura, TMS, Salesforce, Advantex).
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
