Duties will include:
1. Promptly and courteously answer incoming customer calls.
2. Reply to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
3. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
4. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
5. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps.
6. Accurately log all customer interactions in the service system.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
8. Keep up-to-date with company products and services.
9. Input and update customer information accurately.
10. Work with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
11. Achieve targets for call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.
12. Collect and report customer feedback to management.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.
14. Offer personalised service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience Required:
15. Experience on Oracle would be beneficial but not a requirement
16. Customer facing experience
17. Call centre/ Customer Service experience would also be beneficial however not a requirement
