RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for planning, producing, and supervising the execution of communications and marketing plan activities such as promotions, collateral materials, and media.
2. Management and coordination of events, conferences, seminars, and meetings, planning the bookings, communications to ensure the program is executed on time, and participating in budget management and development.
3. Design and layout of marketing material for use in web, design, and print media.
4. Management of the group's social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook), responsible for developing and proofreading content.
5. Responsible for collecting, editing, and proofreading content and changes uploaded to the H&MV website.
6. Responsible for the management of the H&MV Monthly Newsletter - collecting, editing, and proofreading content and changes.
7. Working with the Business Development team to develop presentations, brochures, posters, exhibition materials, and other print requirements.
8. Working with photographers/videographers on shooting new content to industry standards for use in web, design, and print.
9. Collaborate with Business Development, senior leadership, and stakeholders to develop strategic marketing campaigns and new brand material.
10. Organise and maintain graphic/document templates and resource libraries.
11. Act as brand ambassador – ensuring brand guidelines are explained and followed by all H&MV Engineering employees.
12. Continuous improvement/induction of any new innovations to increase brand awareness.
13. Ad hoc administration duties for the marketing function.
14. Ensure compliance with legal requirements including data protection, licensing, trademarks/logos, and any other related legal requirements and activities.
15. Liaise with external stakeholders, e.g., printing companies, graphic designers, event organisers.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Business/marketing qualified degree/master’s, past work experience in marketing or similar would be an advantage.
2. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Expert Microsoft Office 365 skills including PowerPoint & Excel.
4. Advantage to have experience working with graphic design software, Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Premiere Pro, Publisher & Illustrator.
5. Experience working with website development programmes WordPress & Divi Builder.
6. Ability to prioritise workload.
7. Resilient with a high level of attention to detail.
8. Proofreading - analysing information to check for errors, grammar mistakes, or inaccuracies.
9. Self-motivated / able to work on their own initiative.
10. Enthusiastic, flexible approach with a willingness to learn.
