Responsibilities
:
1. Set and implement best practices to boost client satisfaction and drive ongoing departmental improvement, both internally and externally.
2. Review and ensure the delivery of financial statements inpliance with current accounting and regulatory requirements.
3. Act as the primary liaison for associated Audit Firms, facilitating technical briefs and staying abreast of industry and regulatory developments.
4. Identify and address training needs while establishing performance standards.
5. Guide staff in resolvingplex financial reporting issues.
6. Collaborate withpliance and other internal stakeholders as necessary.
