Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis.
The Role:
* Input data accurately and efficiently using IT systems including Excel/Word.
* Carry out administrative tasks such as maintenance of records, filing, document preparation, quality control checking, mail, basic systems maintenance, and preparation of word documents and spreadsheets.
The Person:
* Essential Criteria:
o Good PC skills and experience working with IT systems.
o Previous experience in an administrative post.
o Experience dealing with customers and third parties over the phone.
o Ability to record data accurately.
o Will to work as part of a team sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as required.
* Desirable Criteria:
o Prior experience within banking.
o Experience working within a large base of customers.
o Understanding of retail banking.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working with potential extensions. Based in Dunmurry with free parking and an on-site canteen.
