Job Title: Account Executive DACH - SMB/ENT
Are you a high-energy sales professional fluent in German (Deutsch) seeking a challenging role with a dynamic company that offers innovative marketing software solutions to businesses?
Responsibilities and Daily Activities
* Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
* Prospect into buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite/Markeitng personas.
* Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets.
* Manage the full sales cycle.
* Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach, etc.
* Handle quote creation and order processing.
* Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 2-3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience.
* Fluent German & English.
* Familiarity with software, strong knowledge of the E-commerce/Retailers/Brands domain.
* Demonstrated consistent goal achievement in competitive environment.
* Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies.
* Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus.
* College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required).
