About the Role:
In this role, you will support day-to-day production operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements to enhance efficiency. You'll work closely with production and engineering teams while ensuring all processes meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily engineering support to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
2. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and implement improvements.
3. Organize meetings to address production challenges, assign tasks, and set priorities.
4. Analyze production data to identify efficiency gains and recommend process improvements.
5. Support new product introductions by monitoring and updating process specifications.
6. Create and maintain 2D/3D production drawings using design software like Autodesk Inventor.
7. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while driving efficiency and innovation.
What You Need:
1. Level 8 qualification in a relevant engineering field.
2. 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
3. Solid understanding of manual and robotic welding processes.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and 3D design software.
5. Experience with Six Sigma methodology and data-driven decision-making.
