Duration: 3 months. Salary: 50-55K pro-rata. Location:Dublin 22, Ireland (Operating throughout Europe). Responsibilities: Support the Finance Director and the Head of Legal and Compliance. Manage corporate governance matters, including maintaining corporate records and making company filings. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Organize and manage corporate legal documents, records, and reports. Handle administrative tasks and processes. Ensure compliance with the Winthrop Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Perform reception duties to ensure daily coverage. Complete any reasonable tasks as requested by management. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or finance environment. Must have fluent English both spoken and written, and excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, assertive, and a problem solver with a strong teamwork orientation.
