We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Culture Administrator to join our Human Resources team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all HR Administration - e.g drafting contracts, contract amendments and letters of employment. Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained at all times.
Oversee the administration of all new starters and leavers ensuring compliance.
Assist the T&C Officer and Director of HR with various administrative tasks. Responsible for ensuring accuracy of all data and output from HR system Alkimii.
Minute taking and disciplinary administration.
Work alongside HR team with organisation of regular staff events.
Involvement in ad hoc HR projects and change initiatives and any other HR related tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required.
Assist with training and development projects as required.
Assist in recruitment and selection on ad hoc basis - screening CV's, arranging interviews, reference checking, and advertising jobs.
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy.
Experience and competence using Alkimii would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
HR qualification desirable, or working towards same.
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Previous experience in the Hospitality industry desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages essential.
Ability to operate within a highly pressurised and fast-paced environment and work on your own initiative.
A structured and organized approach to work planning.
Excellent planning, organisation and co-ordination skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude.
