Job Description:
We are seeking a Specialist in Corporate Banking on a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months within the Risk and Compliance Division. This role is aligned with Bank Group's Credit Rating of 3, and the salary range will be between €61,092 and €81,235.
Responsibilities:
* To act as liaison and spokesperson with stakeholders outside the organisation, as well as providing advice to colleagues and management on commercial strategy.
* To be responsible for the implementation of commercial strategies and ensuring their effective execution within the office.
* To work closely with colleagues across the bank and within the Risk and Compliance Division to provide input on commercial initiatives.
Duties:

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the bank's commercial objectives and provide recommendations to senior management.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
* Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the commercial implications and potential outcomes of proposed policies and actions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including international organisations.
* Represent the bank at meetings and events, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
* Recent experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate banking, media relations, public affairs, or another discipline relevant to this role.
* Minimum 1-year experience in banking industry, preferably in risk and compliance.
* A strong understanding of the Irish banking sector and its regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, ideally with experience in video editing.
* Good knowledge of all reporting tools used by internal stakeholders.
* Masters degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or another related field.
