Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for leading the facilities team on a state-of-the-art medical manufacturing plant. This individual will oversee maintenance, repair, and functionality of all facilities, ensuring utilities operate efficiently.

The successful candidate will negotiate contracts with external vendors, coordinate office layout and space planning, and ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements.

* Ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, fire safety, and environmental standards
* Implement green initiatives such as energy-saving programs and recycling policies
* Prepare reports on financial performance, facility conditions, and capital projects
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). A minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with 2+ years in a managerial role, is required.
