We are actively recruiting for an experienced field sales professional to represent Brady and grow the Ireland territory. You will enjoy ‘adding value’ to customers and your prior experience will have seen you selling a solution.

Main responsibilities
* Further develop corporate account strategy, goals and measures
* Create individual platform strategies, detailing market verticals and sub-verticals
* Define the ‘go to market’ model per vertical/sub-vertical
* Identify key targets per sector, both end-users and channel and develop/prospect
* Execute, Review and adapt plans
* Work with European marketing team to develop marketing plans
* Execute own lead generation and appointment setting
* Develop account penetration and retention tactics
* Identify innovative solutions to meet customer needs
* Prepare commercial quotations and respond to tender requests
* Leverage solutions (scalable opportunities) across new and existing accounts
* Create selling KPI’s, measure and report
* Revenue growth across all Brady platforms

* Can negotiate skilfully in tough situations, and not just on price!
