JO New role:
Maintenance Support Engineer (shift) required for a production facility in Tallaght.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team supporting the mechanical/electrical running of the production facility, including day-to-day breakdowns, PPM, equipment updates, new installations, and building/infrastructure upgrades.
This is a 2-cycle shift role: Monday to Saturday: 6am to 4pm and 4pm to 2am. This is a company with great career progression.

RoleWill carry out preventative maintenance on all equipment ensuring they are kept to a high standard and provide reactive maintenance to all plant equipment.
Work closely with production management to ensure all maintenance work is prioritised correctly and carried out in a timely manner.
Ensure that all breakdowns are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Maintain maintenance paperwork and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate.
As part of the Engineering team, always look to improve equipment performance, reliability, and running costs for replacement parts and consumables.
Undertake repairs to equipment in a safe and timely manner, ensuring that Production is constantly updated on progress.
Undertake remedial engineering works to equipment or site as instructed by the Engineering Manager.
Ensure any risks of safety or failure of equipment or site are communicated to the Manager.
Work with the Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager to ensure that contractors are working safely on site and adhering to site Health and Safety rules and procedures.
Report any incidents, accidents, and near misses in accordance with Health and Safety Policies.
Maintain knowledge of all spare parts on site for plant.
