As a Biotech Production Training Specialist, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Assisting manager in creating training scenarios when necessary.
2. Delivering Biotech Production Specialist training and providing individual assessment to the performance of each Biotech Production Specialist’s aptitudes prior to deployment into active cGMP production facilities.
3. Organizing and scheduling the training plan for newly hired BPSs and organizing cross-training for existing BPSs.
4. Processing necessary documentation to track individual’s training progress and maintaining records.
5. Maintaining space designated for Biotech Production Specialist trainings and is responsible for general maintenance of the area and coordinating any tasks with Facility Management regarding equipment, utilities, preventive maintenance, etc.
6. Coordinating acquisition of materials, resources and equipment necessary to achieve training goals.
7. Delivering retraining to Biotech Production Specialists, when applicable, as a corrective action for deviations.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BA/BS in Life Sciences, Education, or related field, and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry in lieu of educational requirement.
