Tesco Ireland are currently looking to recruit a Lead Quality Assurance on a full-time basis.
Based in our office at our Waterford Customer Engagement Centre, the successful candidate will be responsible for QA MI/Reporting, Functional alignment [inwards & outwards], Analyze magnitude/impact of errors, Perform RCA Initiate & lead strategic projects, build proactive controls.
You will be responsible for
* Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
* Understands business needs and in-depth understanding of Tesco processes
* Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying quality assurance methods + CI tools and techniques.
* Partnering with CI/Ops right teams on identified process gaps and risks for business improvements, ensures quality assurance process adherence.
* Establish quality assurance across TBS at source by identifying and recommending changes in design or by placing right control/assurance mechanisms - Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives and engage with all enabling teams for wider impacts/solutions
* Responsible for all Reports/MI/Dashboards in the team - accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness and with stakeholders engaging with inferences of the data points.
* Follow the quality assurance engagement model to plan on project needs to reduce impact of the problems/themes
* Training/Mentoring New Hires/Colleagues in QA team for regional processes & exceptions
* Represent RCA presence on the site, governing RCA elements and stakeholder management
