This role offers the opportunity to lead site activities from pre-mobilisation through to project completion.Key Responsibilities:Oversee site setup, ensuring all infrastructure and logistics are in place.Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop construction programmes and material schedules.Manage daily site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance.Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to streamline project workflows.Conduct regular safety briefings and site walkarounds to maintain a high standard of health and safety.Ensure quality control through rigorous inspection and testing processes.Facilitate project close-out activities, ensuring systems are certified and site demobilisation is handled efficiently.What We’re Looking For:Strong experience in civil, structural, and architectural site management.Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects.Knowledge of HSEQ standards and best practices.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Ability to drive productivity and ensure smooth project execution.Why Join Kirby Group?
