Warehouse Coordinator is a key role within our client's organisation, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their warehouse in North Dublin.

* Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimised.
* Organise and manage warehouse layout to maximise space efficiency.
* Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse operations and inventory.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Resolve any issues that arise with shipments or inventory discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
