As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Head of HR to drive the HR strategy for the UK and Irish operations.
The Position
* Lead the Design and Execution of an HR Roadmap: Align the HR strategy with the company's commercial objectives.
* Oversee Recruitment: Manage job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and the selection process for senior management roles. Drive hiring partnerships and attract top talent.
* Ensure Seamless Onboarding Experiences: Design induction programs and manage probation and exit processes.
* Implement Performance Management Frameworks: Establish clear annual objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and train line managers on effective feedback and development.
* Provide Guidance on Employee Relations: Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and promote employee engagement through strategic initiatives.
* Manage Compensation Structures: Benchmark key roles, handle benefit packages, and oversee pension offerings, including auto-enrolment.
The Person
* 15+ Years of HR Experience: 5+ years in a senior HR management role, with expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HRIS implementation.
* Experience in Agile Environments: Fast-paced environments such as FMCG, retail, logistics, or contract manufacturing.
* UK and Irish Employment Law Expertise: Proven track record in navigating complex HR situations.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. CIPD qualification desirable.
