Job Overview
This is a pivotal role as Chef de Partie, supporting the Head Chef in managing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food and service. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, with excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage section on a daily basis, maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
* Organise and run the service smoothly, supporting the Head Chef in menu planning and food ordering.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene procedures, and assist with stock counting.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years Chef de Partie experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible working hours, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
Package on Offer
* Competitive salary range €30,000 – €35,000 per year.
* Meals on duty.
