Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, MSP focused Inside Channel Account Manager to join our EMEA Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAM) team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position based in Cork. As an MSP Inside Sales Representative, you are accountable for driving new MSP business through proactive engagement. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating position that reports to the EMEA Inside Sales Director. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our partner sales strategies, enabling you to effectively position One Identity as a trusted Identity Security solution for MSP clients within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies within a dynamic, collaborative work environment, contributing to organizational growth.Proactively identify and engage new Managed Services Partners through targeted prospecting and lead generation campaigns via phone and email.Manage and cultivate relationships with existing MSPs, providing support for pricing, resources, and Identity Security-related inquiries.Optimize scheduling to balance existing Partner relationships development and new MSP acquisition.Prioritize channel partnerships and distribution relationships, demonstrating proficiency in three-tier distribution models.Articulate and demonstrate the One Identity MSP platform to prospective and existing partners.Maintain a thorough understanding of the MSP landscape within the broader Channel environment.Manage contractual documentation and order execution for MSP partners with precision.Demonstrate a self-starter mentality and adaptability to the rapid pace of MSP solution sales.Utilize Salesforce.com to ensure accurate pipeline and account activity reporting.Conduct travel to and from customer meetings as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of software sales experience, specifically within or selling to Managed Service Providers.Fluent English and a second native European language (Nordic languages, Dutch, or German preferred).Comprehensive understanding of Managed Services Partners and the platforms they utilize to deliver services to end-user customers.Proficiency in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms and other sales productivity tools.Proven track record of successfully selling software into IT organizations.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively address objections and influence purchasing decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Function as a subject matter expert on all One Identity products, maintaining current knowledge of changes, updates, and new product releases.Demonstrate self-motivation and target-driven performance with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience conducting web-conference product demonstrations.Preferred RequirementsKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.Experience selling identity access management solutions, including IGA, PAM, or ITDR.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
