The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team in a leading manufacturing organization.
">
As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the HR Generalist to provide administrative support to over 500 employees.
">
Main Responsibilities:
">

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews
">
2. Liaise with the payroll department to conduct payroll administration and notify the department of changes in employee attendance/leave, paternity and maternity leave
">
3. Support the HR Manager and HR Generalist in performance review meetings, note-taking and preparing paperwork
">
4. Complete and issue documentation regarding Employee Relations, such as invite to investigations and dismissal letters
">
5. Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring the completion of all documentation and personal details remain updated
">
6. Support the HR team in rolling out company HR initiatives and projects to promote employee wellbeing
">
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
">

7. Minimum of 2 years Administration or HR Administration experience
">
8. Proficient in utilising Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
">
9. Preferable to have experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
">
10. Desirable to have CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
">
