J2EE/IBM MDM Developer
We are currently accepting resumes for a skilled J2EE/IBM MDM Developer to join our team in Dublin, OH.
Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions within the client's Identity Management Project Delivery Team. This role requires expertise in application development, solution design, and effective communication with project management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver solutions within the client's Identity Management Project Delivery Team
* Focus on application development in a fast-paced environment
* Work with Peer Teams to design solutions
* Supply work estimates for tasks
* Communicate with Project Management and leadership when unable to meet project deliverables or deadlines
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in computer or related field
* MDM Server experience
* UI Generator experience
* J2EE/Java experience
* Seasoned professional
* Good Communication Skills Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership
* Self-Motivated
* Ability to Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options
* Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
* Experience with Windows 2003 and above
* 3+ years of Java experience
* Experience with Java, J2EE technologies including Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), and EJBs
* Good knowledge of application servers (preferably WebSphere)
* Experience with web development frameworks (Spring WebFlow, Struts etc.)
* Experience with JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs, PMD etc.
* Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and Refactoring
* Base knowledge with networking and TCP/IP
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* MDM Server UI Generator J2EE Java BA
* UNIX/Linux experience
* SQL experience
* DTS experience
* Experience with an Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM, etc.)
* SUN ONE LDAP experience
