Responsibilities:
1. Strategic direction and leadership of relevant account portfolio
2. Responsible for all aspects of customer relationship and account development
3. Understanding of the available spend on a site by site basis
4. Preparation and submission of spend forecasts and trends for each customer
5. Handling and resolution of customer queries
6. Coordination, preparing and presenting at all customer review meetings
7. Developing and coordination site specific action plans
8. Driving operational cost savings initiatives
9. Updating of monthly site KPIs
10. Support the New Business acquisition process when required
11. Ensure contract delivery of products, services and key performance indicators.
12. Be responsible and accountable for onsite team
Skills and Experience
13. 5+ Years managerial experience
14. Commercial, numerate and financially literate.
15. Structured and organised
16. Strong experience in managing senior customer and supplier relationships.
17. Full Clean Drivers Licence.
