Our client, a leading hospitality group, seeks a skilled IT Support Technician for its three luxury properties. This full-time role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications (including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera).
2. Server administration (WS2016+), network management, and security.
3. AV system maintenance.
4. SOP development and maintenance.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years’ experience in IT support (hospitality preferred).
2. Third-level IT qualification.
3. Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization.
4. Experience with Veeam Backup.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
