Part time PA / Accounts Administrator – Terenure, Dublin 6
Hours: 12-16 hours per week – 3 to 4 mornings per week.
Salary: €18-€23 per hour depending on experience
Our client is a well-established SME construction business recruiting for an experienced PA / Accounts Administrator on a part-time permanent basis.
Essential Qualifications:
* Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of previous PA, administration, and accounts administration experience within a similar company.
* Fully proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Ability to work on own initiative and take control of duties.
* Positive attitude and ability to prioritise where necessary.
Duties will include:
* General administration.
* Accounts administration.
* Filing monthly invoices and statements.
* Processing online payments.
* Paying accounts.
* Typing up quotes and final accounts.
* Paying contractors via ROS.
* Various PA tasks including booking flights, diary management, etc.
* Ensuring fleet vehicles are taxed, booking vehicles in for NCT.
* Ensuring safety and compliance documentation are kept up to date.
* Dealing with email and telephone queries and replying as required.
* General filing.
