Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality personal care to individuals in the community
* Medication Management - prompting, administering and collecting of prescriptions
* Risk Assessments – conducting comprehensive assessments to identify potential hazards
* Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations, promoting safe practices in both care delivery and the workplace
* Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals from various local providers.
* Ensure timely and effective response to service users' needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care provided.
* Data Protection – Upholding high standards of confidentiality and integrity by effectively managing and safeguarding client information
Requirements:
* Full-time availability with flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in a healthcare setting is essential
* Have an SVQ 3 in Social Care, or willingness to work towards the qualification
* A full driving licence

Experience & Requirements
* Availability: Various shifts - 7.00am-2.00pm and / 4.00pm-10.00pm or 7pm -10pm / Just weekends.
* Care Experience: Although desirable, it’s not essential as we offer a full induction training, mentoring and shadowing.
* Personality: You should have a positive attitude and have patience and good verbal and written communication skills.

Four Square are recruiting for a Community Fundraiser & Volunteer Coordinator to join our central operations team.
You will play a central part in recruiting and managing our team of volunteers, and being responsive to organisational needs for volunteer support.
You will also be the face of Four Square in the community, building lasting relationships and support with local supporters and organising events, talks and being creative in how we raise our profile in the community through talks, events and social media platforms.
You will be highly motivated and approachable. As an ambassador for the organisation you’ll quickly establish trust with volunteers and local funders.
We wish to appoint a Facilities & Maintenance Officer to join our Operations Team at our Head Office in Glasgow city centre.
Our Facilities & Maintenance Officer will have responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of all Glasgow City Mission premises, the coordination of the cyclical and plant maintenance tasks, provide delivery of maintenance and minor work for all contractors, and act as site coordinator as required. In addition, ensure all equipment including vehicles are maintained, manage storage facilities on and off site, arrange pickup and deliveries as required and assist our Project Team with practical support for our guests.
This position will require membership of the PVG scheme.

The Supported Housing Worker role requires assisting in the management of the development thus ensuring the tenants are able to enjoy an acceptable standard of living in an environment which is clean, safe and friendly.
You will be responsible for overseeing the wellbeing of the tenants and for assisting them in maintaining their independence.
As Housing Care Worker your role will involve working with our tenants to ensure they receive the support and personal care identified in their care plans. You will directly support tenants in their homes by providing individual advice, practical housing support assistance and personal care.
Both roles are to ensure that we are able to offer the best service to our tenants and make it possible for our tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they’re able.
