Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Administrator to join our Dublin office. The role of an Onboarding Administrator will be to assist the client onboarding team in setting up new client accounts. You will also be responsible for providing effective onboarding administration by assisting Investment Managers as they are onboard new clients across all client categories and service levels.What will you do?Initial review of new client account packs, ensuring adherence to both RBC Brewin processes and AML Regulatory requirements.Liaise with Investment Managers to ensure accurate information is obtained.Forward fully completed client account packs to Client Verification in RBC Brewin UK to ensure an efficient account opening process is maintained.Follow the process through by updating all relevant systems to allow the Investment Manager to commence trading for the client.Assist with ad hoc projects as required.Support business development through correct application of onboarding processes and procedures.Liaise with Client Verification, Compliance and Financial Planning departments as required.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveGood numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales.The ability to work efficiently and accurately with both internal and external systems.Skills to prioritise workload and identify when support is needed to achieve goals.Nice-to-haveExperience in an AML role, or QFA qualification.What is in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best - progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
