We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury spa at a prestigious 5* resort in Ireland. This key role requires a dynamic leader passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and train a team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants, ensuring consistent high standards of service.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including treatment bookings, inventory management, and hygiene protocols.
3. Develop and implement spa treatment menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
4. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
5. Ensure all guest interactions are positive, addressing any complaints promptly.
6. Collaborate with resort management to enhance guest experience and brand alignment.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a Spa Manager role, ideally in a 5* or luxury resort setting with Irish Experience.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and operational management.
