Requirements of the Role:
The ideal candidate must be available to work night shifts and up to 5 nights over a 7 day roster to include weekends and bank holidays. While previous experience is an advantage, full training will be provided to successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To set up conference and event rooms for upcoming events as instructed.
2. To work with the night team in the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction through a high level of customer service.
3. To work with the Conference & Banqueting Manager to ensure all functions are set up and taken down in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a high volume/fast paced environment.
2. Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
3. Must be available to work shifts mid-week.
