We are seeking a commercially minded Search Consultant to help drive our business by identifying, tracking, and engaging senior leadership talent.
The Role
As a Search Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and connecting with top-tier executive talent. You will support business development efforts and help maintain a robust pipeline of high-calibre candidates across various industries.
Flexible / Part-Time Role Available for the Right Candidate
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Identification & Mapping: Research, identify, and track senior leadership candidates to build an in-depth talent database.
2. Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with high-level executives, re-establish relationships with previous contacts, and nurture new connections.
3. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends and leadership dynamics, informing targeted search strategies.
4. Business Development Support: Assist with prospecting potential clients, monitoring leadership changes, and identifying opportunities for future executive searches.
5. Networking & Outreach: Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions to build brand awareness and foster meaningful relationships.
What We Are Looking For
1. A background in recruitment, executive search, or business development with a strong foundation in sourcing and engaging senior talent.
2. Excellent research and market mapping skills, with the ability to dive deep into industries and company structures.
3. A proactive and confident communicator, comfortable with both phone and face-to-face interactions at a senior level.
4. Well-organized, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
5. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
