* Oversee workflow delivery to key clients.
* Business Development Support: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and deepen engagements.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to deliver tailored proposals.
* Ensure product developments align with client needs and feedback.
* Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide insightful reports on client satisfaction.
Ideal Person:
* A degree in business, law, or a related field.
* Proven experience in client relationship management within legal services.
* Strong understanding of legal workflows in private practice or corporate legal departments.
* Excellent communication, project management, and CRM system proficiency.
