Your role is as a key support to the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, collaborating with the Marketing team. You will help execute marketing strategies that align with our team's vision and company goals. Your contributions will span a wide range of online and offline activities, including social media, website updates, displays, events and our MyROBUS app.
You will create compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms on the fly. With a passion for storytelling through images, videos, and graphics, and excel at crafting content that captivates our target audience and boosts our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
* Daily management of 360 degrees digital and traditional campaign activities: set-up, execution, analysis and optimisation.
* Overall campaign end-to-end project management.
* Responsible for the management and optimisation of our digital channels: websites, socials and app. All channels are up to date and continuously improving.
* Manage our community App MyROBUS including customer issues, presenting app to customers, optimising, and idea generation to increase engagements and deliver ROI.
* Support the development, production, and stock management of point-of-sale displays, working with the product graduate, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Social & Content Creation:
* Ownership of social media platforms be responsible for the development and implementation of the social media strategy.
* Ownership of the social media plan and presenting of scheduled plan for socials that align with the social strategy.
* Scheduling posts in advance and day to day posting across social media platforms that aligns with the marketing plan.
* Manage, develop, create, and produce ad hoc engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various social media platforms.
* Utilise creative video editing techniques to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends and implement them into content creation.
* Develop and deliver original, on-brand content ideas in collaboration with the copywriter, across various channels including email, social media, blogs, web, and video to support campaigns and engage target audiences.
* Manage and own relationship with 3rd party agencies for video production end-to-end to ensure the objectives are met.
* Oversee podcast sponsorships and identify new opportunities.
Events:
* Work with the team to devise concepts for our company internal and external events.
* Manage our events schedule and planning from end-to-end. Continuously update all stakeholders and ensure planning is on schedule and delivered to the highest standard.
* Create events that offer the audience a unique and memorable experience.
Point of Sales:
* Oversee and manage, alongside the Product Marketing Graduate the planning, development, implementation and reporting of our point-of-sale product displays.
* Manage our 3rd party suppliers – liaising with our suppliers, arranging quotes and samples to bring the POS to market on time and best-in-class.
* Ensure displays are always kept in stock – re-ordering and updating where required to maintain stock levels.
Reporting/Other:
* Compile marketing reports for key areas to identify areas for growth and track ROI.
* Report on content performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* You will analyse and report on social media platforms' metrics and make changes based on the data.
* Occasionally support the wider marketing team with other marketing activities as needed.
The Person
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about marketing and is excited to find ways to speak to our audience in the right way to provide a return on investment to the business. You should have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a qualification in marketing or a similar subject.
* Be an owner – take the lead on challenging and sometimes ambiguous work.
* Highly organised and proficiency in Monday.com or similar software would be advantageous.
* An excellent communicator, team player and open minded.
* You should have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
* Your working style is structured and logical with high attention to detail.
