This is a busy and varied role, requiring a commercial and experienced HR professional who can support the central professional services functions across the business.
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies and workforce planning
* Talent management; support recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and retention
* Change management; support business transformations
* Creatively resolve employee conflict and provide expert advice on industry best practices
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and experience in supporting professional services populations.
