Oversee Bar & Restaurant Day and Night service
Ensure Cash procedures are adhered to and strictly monitored
Responsible for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are achieved and maintained at all times, are monitored and updated when and where necessary
Implement and ensure the Company Health, Hygiene & Safety policies are met at all times
Comply with and implement all legislative and licensing requirements
Ensure the department is clean and hygienic, making sure cleaning rotas are adhered to and appropriate records are kept
Ensure employee conduct, uniform and personal hygiene requirements are adhered to
Ensure the bar runs smoothly on a daily basis
Must have HACCP training and knowledge
Must be a good communicator and have a hands on approach to their role
Must have a background in food service as well as bar
Must have a minimum of 2/3 years experience in a similar role
Must be fluent in English
The position involves working shift work and weekends, bank/public holidays
Experience:
Food and Beverage Management; 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
Advanced/Higher Certificate (Preferred)
