JOB TITLE: Service Resource Officer
REPORTS TO: Head of Service and Regional Manager
LOCATION: Kilkenny

Purpose of the Post:
To work with the organisation's senior management team to provide support under our obligations in relation to regulation, service standards, service level agreements, and policy development. To ensure effective collection and gathering of data, Key Performance Indicators, and reporting (both internal and external, as defined). The role will support the senior management team of the Good Shepherd Centre and Tar Isteach Housing respectively and inclusively.
Objectives:
* To work within the overall mission, vision, and policy framework for Tar Isteach Housing.
* To work in a partnership approach with all areas of the organisation: Housing support, Housing Management, and Finance.
* To assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data in relation to the partner organisation's strategy.
* To liaise with managers on a monthly basis to ensure a monthly report is collected and analysed for the attention of funders, senior management, and our respective boards.
* Ensure the collection, analysis, and reporting of all Key Performance Indicators.
* Analyse Service managers' monthly reports and circulate them to senior management. In addition, support the regional manager and/or Head of Services in preparing a monthly report to the boards.
* In conjunction with the CEO, prepare updates in relation to current and future strategies.
* To work with the Head of Services in the preparation and reporting of Annual Reports for the organisations: Good Shepherd Centre and Tar Isteach Housing.
* In conjunction with the Regional Manager, ensure all information for funding applications is completed on an annual or as required basis.
* In conjunction with the Regional Manager, ensure all preparation of Service Level Agreements and our quarterly/annual reporting are completed as required, ensuring all information is formulated and issued to the respective funder in conjunction with service managers.
* Prepare and correlate all information from service managers for annual returns for AHBRA and Charities Regulator.
* In conjunction with service managers, prepare a report on all service reviews on an annual basis for senior management and/or the board.
* To support the CEO/Head of Services in the preparation of information, data, and policies for all Board meetings, including FRAG, HR sub, Services Sub, and Executive Sub.
* To work with the management team to coordinate the review and implementation of services policies and standards as required and agreed with the Head of Services/CEO.
* In conjunction with senior management, assist in the formulation of Expressions of Interests and/or Tenders for new service opportunities.
* To conduct service audits as required to existing systems and standards, reporting findings to service managers and senior management. (Please note: this will be to AHBRA Standards and National Standards for Homeless Services)
* To perform any duty that may be required as assigned by line management.
Essential Skills/Abilities:
* A degree or other relevant qualification in social policy and/or research.
* 3 years experience.
* A full clean driving license and access to a car.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of information management, reporting, and strategy.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
* Ability to plan schedules for reporting obligations in line with company requirements.
* Strong ability to work alone or as part of a team.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory.
