Job Title: Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities management operations across two professional office sites in Dublin 2.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of facilities related services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a facilities environment, excellent PC skills, and a strong knowledge of building safety codes and H&S procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide timely reports to the client and Contracts Manager on all projects and office moves
* Manage a multi-site TFM contract in South Dublin, including regular site visits
* Effective sourcing and utilisation of materials and subcontractors
* Management of direct report staff; Security and Cleaners
* Formulation and management of budgets for all contracts under their control
* Maintain auditable records for all in-house and outsourced PPM activities
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience working in a facilities environment
* Excellent PC skills, including Word/Excel/PowerPoint and project
* Strong understanding of facilities related services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* An ability to be the reporting line for people/teams (Janitorial & Security)
Salary: €40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 days onsite plus 1 day remote
