Carry out a pre and post shift driver walk around vehicle H&S check prior to departure from Depot.
Deliver LPG, LNG and other fuel types in line with Calor procedures on single or multi drop basis to Domestic and commercial customers.
Drive in a safe and efficient manner and abiding by the rules of the highway code.
Deliver product using on board computer system recording accurate information.
Attend training and participate in regular assessments.
Refuel vehicles following or prior to shift and in line with the refueling process.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle including cab interior.
Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns immediately in line with company procedures.
Complete all Near Miss reporting as required.
Produce licenses for inspection when requested.
Maintain and process daily paperwork and submit at the end of the shift.
Follow procedures as laid out in the driver's manual and the training manual.
Assist with training other drivers as required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with possible after-hours emergency calls.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Complete minor yard duties as required.
Collect and/or return empty containers back to Quay.
Assist other drivers as a helper when required.
Work within the legal parameters of driver hours and working time directive legislation, being fully compliant with tachograph and break requirements.
Flexibility and availability for early and late start and finishing times for example early starts can be from 5.00hrs and late starts can be from 18.00hrs.
Operation of all technology in the trucks.
All other duties as directed by the Transport Manager.

Experience Skills and Qualifications Required : A minimum of 2 years HGV driving experience Hold a clean valid HGV driving licence appropriate to size of tanker(rigid/articulated) ADR Certificate in bulk gases (Packages and Tanks).
Hold a Driver CPC qualifications and Digital Tachograph Card Up to date CPC modules.
Previous relevant driving experience – multi and single drop Hold valid Manual handling & Working at Height certificates.
Health and Safety, awareness and knowledge essential Must be fully experienced trained on Tachograph Regulations in relation to driving times and breaks.
Excellent communication skills Excellent customer services skills Knowledge of Mechanics advantageous Experience in Digital Logistics advantageous Good geographical knowledge of Republic of Ireland.
LPG / LNG product knowledge an advantage.
