Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing credit risk and opportunity within the business.
You will report to the Credit Manager and make critical credit line decisions, manage customer risk, and collaborate with various departments, including sales and pricing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage credit decisions and collections, maintaining high standards
* Review and agree on customer credit terms and limits
* Oversee legal cases and liaise with debt collectors as needed
* Collaborate with the credit control team on credit term reviews and repayment plans
* Work closely with sales and area managers to ensure timely debt collection
* Resolve disputed accounts and negotiate payments in line with terms
* Ensure compliance with company credit policies, procedures, and SOX regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in credit or accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven negotiation skills
High proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX is an advantage
