awaiting your arrival. What is a 48 Digital Product ManagerYou will have overall accountability for everything Digital
on 48. From Strategy through to Architecture, Journey Design through to Release
Scheduling. Working for the General Manager for 48, you will work across
commercial, experience and technology, and partner with Three’s Digital
Innovation Team and our outsourced partners to deliver and continuously improve
experience across our website and app to meet our Commercial targets. We’re a
digital first brand, so this role is central to driving and achieving our
business outcomes and would suit a well-rounded and resilient Digital
practitioner as comfortable in the depths of technical architecture as ASO. A Day in the Life of a 48 Digital Product Manager:Product Strategy and Vision:Develop, own, and deliver
the 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap for 48, encompassing planning,
execution, technology, customer, and commercial outcomes.Act as a thought leader
with strong market awareness, adept at identifying digital trends, and
work closely with the Digital Innovation, IT, Risk and Fraud, and Finance
Leadership teams to make informed investment decisions.Influence investment and
change agendas to ensure equitable consideration of 48's requirements.Manage digital-related
OPEX and CAPEX for 48, ensuring effective monitoring and management to
optimize spending.Fully accountable for
optimizing channel performance against targets and ensuring action plans
and initiatives are collaboratively agreed with Digital Propositions to
achieve KPIs—sales across all products, acquisition and retention,
customer satisfaction, and usage.Accountable for creating a
digital marketing and sales plan in cooperation with key stakeholders to
optimize SEO and utilize analytics. Ensure digital is a central element of
new proposition and device launches.Product Development:Build strong relationships
across the business, including Digital Innovation, Technology, Data &
Analytics, to identify best-in-class experiences across global eCommerce
providers; identify areas for improvement, build a roadmap, and execute
promptly.Conduct regular audits of
48 to identify areas of defect or DX improvement, working with the
Planning, Human-Centered Design, and Development Teams to prioritize and
execute improvements efficiently.Accountable for onboarding
all new products into the online domain to ensure consistency in
experience and protection of profit.Project Management:Manage product development
timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with marketing,
sales, and customer service teams to support product launches and
campaigns from a technical perspective.Monitor and report on the
performance of 48, using data to drive improvements.Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with the
Human-Centered Design team to identify journey enhancements and improve
the overall 48 experience.Own and execute a sprint
plan that implements measurable continuous improvements over the fiscal
year.Implement A/B testing and
other methods to continually improve product offerings.Leverage customer
information from the Digital Team, Customer Insights, CX, and Data teams
to gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback while validating changes
through customer and data insights to monitor performance improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting:Responsible for reporting,
monitoring, insights, and actions associated with funnel effectiveness.Accountable for benchmark
analysis and reporting on 48 benchmarking, aiming to outperform
competitors in key metrics.Serve as the point of
contact and responsible for reporting on 48 performance at every level of
the business, including SLT and ELT where required.Overseeing Adobe Analytics
reporting and insights related to the 48 platform.The Skills We're Looking For - Must Have:Extensive experience with
e-Commerce technologies, including platforms, analytics, infrastructure,
and personalization technologies (ideally all Adobe).Proficient in utilizing
online analytics to deliver improvements in customer experience and
conversion rates.Experience directing
digital transformation and/or managing a portfolio of projects achieving
clearly defined outcomes.Exceptional communication,
reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong critical thinking
skills to recommend appropriate solutions quickly.Strong influencing and
negotiation skills.Capability to work
independently and collaboratively with colleagues to solve complex
problems.Skilled in effective data
visualization, risk, issue, and dependency management. Nice to Have:Experience in digital
marketing, including paid search and SEO strategies.Experience in minimal
viable product prototyping.Familiarity with Figma or
equivalent design tools.Experience creating
VISIO-based architecture diagrams.Experience working in
Agile squads or deploying via Agile software development.Excellent commercial
acumen with the ability to align action with performance.Experience in development
