Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
The Role:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the sales and marketing teams by analyzing sales figures, data, and trends, as well as covering pricing and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate and analyze sales figures from customer sales platforms and Business Central platform
* Provide sales information by collecting, formatting, and summarizing data and trends for internal communication on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
* Use sales performance information to produce presentations for customers on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Manage customer promotion calendars, prepare promotion proposals, and analyze and trend customer promotional activity
* Manage customer price lists and prepare New Line Forms and other relevant product/price information required by customers
* Support new product/customer launches with timely and accurate information communication and execution of supporting administrative tasks
* Track and communicate new product/customer launch performance
* Complete monthly product, price, and promotion surveys within the marketplace
* Raise Purchase Order Numbers and record sales team spend
* Support the team with travel preparations and assist with approval of customer packaging artwork when required
* Coordinate trade exhibitions and events and attend trade and consumer shows to represent the company and product brand
* Assist in the management of marketing campaigns/plans locally and nationally for the company's product brands
* Assist in the organisation and implementation of the annual consumer show calendar and attendance at consumer shows to represent the company and product brands
* Assist with the organisation, storage, stocktaking, and reordering of all marketing materials
* Assist in the sourcing of branded merchandise to supplement campaigns and new product launches
* Monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor trends to support the business in growing existing business and helping to build a platform for new and future business opportunities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1 year of administrative experience within sales or marketing
* A working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
* Ability to travel when required for exhibitions or events
* A valid driving license
* A matching business-related degree or equivalent
* Previous client interaction experience
* Purchase order experience
* FMC experience
